I’m one of those people who will drink smoothies year round (kind of like the people who eat ice cream when it’s 15° out hehe.)
I mostly make up my own recipes, because it’s all about experimenting right? Ok, maybe not. Not gonna lie, there have been a few times my taste buds would have declared my smoothies anything but edible, but we won’t talk about those…because I’m pretty sure my good smoothies outweigh the bad ones. 😉
Back to the point, I’m here to share my favorite smoothie recipe with you!
My creativity when it comes to names is sad, borderline depressing, so let’s call it banana, pomegranate smoothie.
Ok, here’s the recipe!
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup of frozen pomegranate
- 1 frozen spinach
- 1 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 cup of water
- Chia seeds
Blend it all together and ya have yourself a yummy smoothie!
It’s my favorite, I could probably have one every day.
The color isn’t the prettiest, but that’s ok because I can assure you the taste makes up for it!
